One of the key elements in designing professional tools is scrupulous and rigorous verification of their quality in the laboratory. Tools are subject to 50 tests in the NEO research centre, each of which is supervised by a team of top class specialists to ensure the final product meets requirements of the consumer. The NEO verification process comprises three stages: laboratory tests, quality control and knowledge documentation. Opinions of experts regarding tool quality are of utmost significance for project development in further stages. It is the laboratory, where decisions are made whether a new tool will meet customer requirements and be marketed or the entire project is aborted. The quality control is the verification of functionalities and safety standards. The specialized department verifies its consistency with standards in force and internal NEO standards using control and measurement equipment. The documentation of knowledge – that is, the final stage of the verification process – is the basis for development and improvement of NEO quality. It is confirmed by periodic and systematic tests carried out by independent notified bodies, such as: German TÜV, Polish Research and Development Centre PREDOM, Eltest or Polish Centre for Research and Certification.
